  Terassi on upea ja sieltä on suora näkymä yhdelle uima-altaista.
  Asuinalue on rauhallinen, mutta keskeisellä sijainnilla.
  Rantaan on hieman matkaa, mutta kävellen sinne pääsee n 15min.
