  The appartement wa excellent located between the Old Town and the beach next to Alameda Park. Always short ways. It was big, comfortable and well equipped. The owner contacted us early and reacted fast to our questions. Very easy check-in and out.

  Location is exceptional 5 minute walk to beach and located across the road from the old town. Lovely park across the road from the apartment. Lift access to apartment. Most units within the complex seem to be medical businesses such as physiotherpists etc.
  We visited Marbella for a wedding so didnt spend much time in apartment. We were 3 adult males.
  Apartment was clean.
  Excellent value for money for our stay.
  There is a small swimming pool in the apartment complex which we used one morning after the wedding to cure the hangovers.
  Check out was 10.30am and cleaning lady was bang on time.
