  Excellent location, close to many restaurants, shops, promenades and the beach. The balcony is wonderful with a view of the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary things.

  Great location in the centre of Marbella right next to the beach, beach bars and all the nightlife, apartment has good basic facilities and everything you need for a nice holiday. The views from the apartment are fantastic only one building in front which you can’t see unless you’re right on the balcony. The balcony is very sunny, not large enough for sunbeds but table and four comfortable chairs were adequate.

  Excellent location, right by the beach, easy stroll to Old Town, and a plethora of good bars and restaurants. Only 25 minutes walk from the bus station too – as we had small bags we walked easily enough. Never needed taxis during our stay.
  Communication with the host, Alex, was extremely good – he answered all our WhatsApp messages straight away so we always felt looked after. And he recommended a great tapas bar just beneath the apartment which was top notch.
  The apartment itself was actually even nicer than the pictures. It was quite modern but had been done up nicely with pictures and furnishings, so it had a cosy, homely feel (rather than being a soulless hotel room). Kitchen well equipped, beds comfy, balcony great with super sea view and comfy seating area. Bathroom was spacious and had a new power shower.

  The location and the view are very beautiful! Close to the beach and the old town. The terrace is wonderful, great beaches are very close, as well as multiple cafes and stores.
  
  The apartment is spacious and cosy, kitchen is very well equipped with even more stuff than you might need. Beds are very comfortable as well.
  
  Thanks the host for allowing to check-in earlier and leave luggage while waiting for the cleaners.

  Very beautiful and cozy apartment, very clean with an amazing sea view, great location close to the beach and to the historical city. Host was very flexible about check in and check out time which we really appreciated. I will save this adress for my next trip for sure.
