  The property was very clean and well maintained. There are two king size beds in each room which are very comfortable. Both rooms en-suite. There is a kitchen and living area that is spacious and everything needed if you want to cook, and also has washing and drying machine. The TV has Netflix and all channels needed for kids or adults. The balcony is also spacious with table and chairs. There are two pools, one shallow and one deep, and are well maintained. There are a lot of locals in the complex who do not seem to use the pool much so it was never crowded. Overall it is a great base, in a quite residential area with air conditioning which was badly needed with the heat wave.

  I was going to wait until I got home to review but we are literally in the plane on connecting flight back and couldn't wait. I really don't know where to begin. Not only were we greeted and handed the keys by the sweetest husband and wife who manage the apartment (after hours btw) but the house was impeccable! They thought of everything! The location is to die for just 10 min drive from Puerto Banus and old town Marbella. Location is perfect close to many attractions and facilities and the neighbourhood is very safe and just beautiful! Flowers were in full bloom throughout the complex and pools and sitting areas were amazingly well kept. This is our second year coming to Marbella and next year we will definitely be staying here.

  I chose this apartment as I had tickets for the Starlite Occidental venue close by. It was lovely! Everything we needed for a comfy stay. Not near to shops and restaurants if that what you are going for but we knew that and had hired a car to get our provisions and visit the more touristy places. We drove to Ronda and Estapona, both less than an hour. Fabulous.
  The complex pool was a great cool down in the early evening, great for kids too. Our host was just a WhatsAp away. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

  Perfecto apartment! Absolutely clean, has everything you need for comfortable stay, big very comfy beds (rare for Spain :). Really felt like at second home 👍
  Beautiful gardens and surrounding, we had a car, so no transportation problem.
