What struck me immediately was how quiet it felt despite being smack in the middle of everything — there’s something about being on the sixth floor that just lifts you above the street buzz.

You know what’s rare? Finding a place in Marbella where you can walk to the beach in two minutes and still grab groceries or hit a proper restaurant without getting in a car. The Paseo Marítimo is right there — I mean, you’re basically living on the promenade. Couples seem to get this immediately (they rate the location a perfect 10), and I can see why. Morning coffee overlooking the sea, evening strolls without the tourist crowds, and you’re still close enough to Puerto Banús if you want that scene. The old town is an easy walk too, which honestly surprised me given how central this feels.

The room — well, it’s really more of a proper apartment — feels like someone actually lives here rather than just passing through. The kitchen is fully equipped, which matters more than you’d think when you’re staying somewhere this nice and don’t want to eat out every single meal. What I loved was the balcony situation — sixth floor means you get those sea glimpses without paying beachfront prices. The whole place is clean and well-maintained, but it’s got character too. Air conditioning works perfectly (trust me, you’ll need it in summer), and the Wi-Fi is solid if you’re trying to get some work done.

Here’s the thing about this particular spot — you’re in the real Marbella, not the tourist bubble version. Sure, you can walk to all the fancy beach clubs if that’s your thing, but you’re also near where locals actually go for their morning cortado. The building’s position means you avoid most of the late-night noise from the bars, but you’re close enough that a night out doesn’t require planning transportation. I actually found myself using the apartment as a proper base rather than just a place to sleep, which doesn’t happen often when I’m traveling.

  We stayed in January 2024, 10 days, 3 adults. 18°C, 1 day rain. The rest of the days are sunny 😎. Lovely apartment with incredible views in the heart of Marbella. The apartment is stylish and modern something like Instagram style 😉. Equipment in an apartment is very good! Everything you need to prepare food. Seriously, you don't buy anything! Iron, washing machine, big fridge/freezer, hob, ironing board, liquids, sponge, sugar, coffee&tea, wine&drink glasses, salt, pepper ect. Like at home! Internet&TV working perfect!💪🏻 Good Ari condition.
  A comfortable bed in the bedroom and a bit less uncomfortable sofa-bed. Good working blinds with remote control if you like dark rooms it's simply to down blinds. A bit noisy at night from Thursday night till early morning Monday is noisy. If you don't like noisy, drunk people and loud music at night, think about it before booking especially in summer time 😉. Only my suggestion – the apartment is perfect for 2 adults (or couple+child) because 3 adults with 3 different types of activities can feel uncomfortable. Not a big enough space for 3 adults. Of course I realised this before booking. So I can't complain at all🙂.
  The bathroom is nice but a bit small. Again equipped very well. You don't need to bring your stuff. There are no hooks in the bathroom I didn't know where to put towels or clothes?! Amazing shower with very good water pressure, always with hot water! Ideollo. The apartment is opposite marina, beach and all animations. Close to the old town, bakery, parks, restaurants, pharmacy ect. 2 min walk is corner shop. Everything is around 10 min walk. Uber works very well. The bus station is 4 miles from the apartment. Taxi £6-8 to LA Canadian shopping centre. The host always answered my questions and I met her daughter Marta a polite, nice young lady 🙂. All in all we had a very good time in Marbella and definitely we will be back. I like to recommend it👌🏻! Thank you 🌴.

  Fantastic views and location right on the main promenade near to facing the beach and marina. It's near bars and restaurants including the street with many tapas bars. You can hear some noise from the bars and clubs until after midnight but the apartment is on 6th floor so this is manageable. The apartment itself is a well-formed studio-flat and has everything required in a modern apartment. Good shower, kitchen, fridge etc. There is a double bed enclosed with glass walls. There is also a sofa bed in main area. So suitable for friends who want separate beds.

  Widok z okna i lokalizacja to zarowno plus jak i minus, ze wzgledu na poludniowe ustawienie w ciagu dnia mocno sie nagrzewa wiec trzeba opuszczac rolety. A co do lokalizacji to jest przy samym centrum deptaka wiec impreza pod oknem toczy sie niemal do rana. Wyposazenie samego lokalu na duzym plusie, jest praktycznie wszystko czego mozna oczekiwac.

  Questo prezioso appartamento a Marbella ha superato le mie aspettative, dire stupendo è poco, una vista panoramica da tutte le angolazioni dell'appartamento, vedevo mare ovunque, situata sul Puerto Deportivo De Marbella. Da qui un vicinissimo parcheggio proprio nel porto per chi arriva in auto. Comodissimo per tutto, a piedi ovviamente passeggiare su tutto il paseo marittimo del porto dove ci sono tanti ristorantini e tapas. Raggiungibili sempre a piedi tutte le attrazioni e il centro caratteristico. Nell'appartamento c'era di tutto, tutti i servizi con tanti optional.
  Consigliatissimo.
