  Perfect location, close to the centre and beach. The property was modern, clean and well equiped. Host was friendly, helpfull and the instructions and communication were excellent. Parking was close and easy to find! Lovely place, loved waking up to seaview 😍

  Great location and seaview, Old Town is just a stone's throw away. Supermarket and taxi stands nearby. Taxi to Estacion de Autobuses de Marbella is mere 7-8 mins, and cost about €7-€8.

  The location was unbeatable. The building is on the boardwalk which aligns the beach and is close to Old Town. There are TONS of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket in the building complex. There are water views from the apartment, most appreciated from the small terrace and bedrooms. (The apartment is set back.) The apartment was well-equipped (but needed beach towels and better bath towels). The parking was very convenient!

  The view on the sea with the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, as well as the central location, very convenient to reach both Marbella old town as well as Puerto Banus. The private free parking is really the plus when taking a rental to drive around.

The host made very detailed instructions to get to the property and had coffee, cookies and water prepared. Having a parking is a big plus. The couch was comfortable
