The location of the apartment is very convenient for access to the main roads and is only couple of miles from Marbella town.
The view from the balcony is lovely.
The apartment is spacious and the room sizes are comfortable but there is some furniture in the living area and bedrooms that serves no purpose and it would make the place more comfortable if the living area sofa could seat 4, rather than just 3 people.
The underfloor heating in the bathrooms is great.
The site is well maintained and very green.
Whilst there are no convenience stores within a reasonable walking distance, there is a Lidl one junction up the carriageway.

Flanieren oder spazieren gehen nicht möglich, da zu abgelegen, dafür Ruhe pur.
