Casa Andasol Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Casa Andasol, you immediately get that feeling this place knows what it’s doing. The four-star property sits on Avenida Andasol with a confidence that comes from years of getting the details right — nothing flashy, just solid hospitality done well. What struck me first was how the staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests arrive, not that forced hotel smile you get sometimes. The lobby has this warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to settle in with a coffee and plan your Marbella adventures.

Location That Actually Matters

Here’s the thing about Casa Andasol’s location — it’s one of those spots where you can walk to what you need without being stuck in the tourist chaos. You’re close enough to Marbella’s old town to stroll there for dinner, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with crowds outside your window at midnight. The beach is totally walkable, and honestly, having that parking situation sorted (free and on-site, which is huge in this area) means you can actually explore the Costa del Sol without stressing about where to leave your car. I mean, anyone who’s tried to park in central Marbella during summer knows this is basically gold.

The Rooms

The room I stayed in felt thoughtfully put together — not trying too hard to impress, but everything you’d actually want was there. The bed was properly comfortable (you know how hotel beds can be hit or miss), and the air conditioning worked without sounding like a jet engine. What I appreciated was the attention to practical stuff: good lighting for reading, enough outlets where you need them, and a bathroom that didn’t require contortionist skills to use the shower. The balcony gave me a nice view to start the morning with coffee, which honestly sets the tone for the whole day.

The Neighborhood Experience

This part of Marbella has that authentic Spanish rhythm to it — you’ll hear locals chatting in the nearby cafés, and there’s a good mix of residential life alongside the tourist spots. There’s a decent supermarket within walking distance if you need supplies, and several restaurants that locals actually eat at (always a good sign). The area feels safe for evening walks, and you get a real sense of how people live here rather than just the resort bubble experience. It’s particularly nice for couples — something about the tree-lined streets and the pace of life here just works for romantic getaways.

Why Guests Keep Coming Back

Casa Andasol gets those fundamentals right that make or break a stay. The staff remembers your name, the WiFi actually works throughout the property, and when you need something, it gets sorted without drama. Recent guests consistently praise the location (scoring it 8.7), and I can see why — it’s that sweet spot of accessibility without chaos. You’re not paying for unnecessary frills, but you’re getting reliable comfort and service that lets you focus on enjoying Marbella rather than dealing with hotel hassles.

Hotel in Marbella reservations spike before yacht regattas when marina terraces brim with celebrations.

Reviews of Casa Andasol

Close to the beach, parking place included. Generally fine but the price in end of October does not match the quality. You pay for location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Andesol! The host was very kind, the apartment was very nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the electricity kept falling out when we were using the cookingpits and the light at the same time. Or for example when dishwasher was on and the cookingpits or lights, and the bedroom light was defect.
    Nevertheless, a very beautiful accommodation.
