Having private parking available is honestly a game-changer in this area, because finding a spot in Marbella’s old town can be… well, let’s just say it’s challenging.

The rooms here strike that perfect balance between traditional Spanish style and modern comfort. Each room feels thoughtfully designed rather than cookie-cutter, with local touches that actually mean something. The beds are genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms are well-maintained without being overly fancy. What I loved most was how quiet everything stays despite being in such a central location — the thick walls really do their job.

  Location was fantastic, you literately open the door and after 5 steps are into the shops and restaurants in the old town yet it was quiet and you were not disturbed by people walking around.

  -locatie perfect, aan het begin van het oude historische gezellige centrum
  -zeker aan te raden: de ondergrondse privéparking via de host huren, op 2min van het appartement (we zagen bovengronds geen enkele dag lege parkingplaatsen zou een ramp geweest zijn zonder gereserveerde parking)
  -terras (een deeltje, de rest is van de bovenburen maar die gebruiken het terras volgens mij niet, hun deel was leeg) op het dak met tafel en 4stoelen en parasol met lichtjes, planten… gezellig (smal trapje naar boven niet voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn)
  -rest van het huisje/appartement is vrij basic (badkamer wat verouderd maar ok voor ons) maar voldoende ruimte en veel aanwezig (olie, zout, koffie, …) ook overal rolluiken en airco
  -op een rustig pleintje, alles dichtbij, de leuke straatjes en het strand ook (5min stappen ofzo)
  -bij aankomst wat blikjes en fles water in de gekoelde frigo, leuk!
