    Location was perfect for a family with teenagers. There were thoughtful little gestures like footballs left for us. Located in a quiet residential area it was close to Marbella old town

    Our stay at the house in Marbella was disappointing. We arrived an hour after check-in to find the cleaning team still there, performing maintenance and leaving the house not clean enough. They stayed for hours after our arrival, disrupting our initial plans.

    We were promised AC in all rooms, but only three had it, and the unit in the master bedroom was broken. Despite promises, it took two days to get just one portable AC, which was insufficient. The hosts were unresponsive and unprofessional, preferring to text rather than address issues via phone.

    Overall, the house looks amazing, is in a good location and had potential, but the poor management, cleanliness (ants were everywhere) and lack of responsiveness significantly impacted our experience.
