  Es que no me quedé. Hemos escrito muchas veces para explicar que el día de mi reserva nos dijeron que tenian problema con sus cañerías.
  Y nos ofrecieron otro o reembolso. Pedimos reembolso pues el otro apto. No era adecuado para nosotros.
  Booking me envió un correo que tenía límite para aceptar el reembolso que no logré ver a tiempo.
  Nadie se hace responsable ni el alojamiento ni booking.
  He escrito a customer service varias veces.
