  Apartment was spotless clean and very modern. Had all amenities such an iron, washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, kettle, oven and smart TV. Location is excellent as is central marbella and can easily access everywhere by foot. Peurto Banus is also only a 10 minute drive away. Host was lovely and left us a bottle of red wine!

  GOOD location, contact with the host, equipment in the kitchen, smart TV, internet, A/C, electrical blindings, overall standard.
  This is a good place to be out of season (like we did in march). There are a lot of free of charge parking spots on nearby streets, but even though it was march, sometimes we had a hard time finding an available space. Can't even imagine how hard it must be during the season.

  Property was very clean and light, nicely decorated. We traveled with a baby and dog and everything was comfortable for us. Location is just perfect, grocery shops, restaurants, parking garage just at corner, few minutes to the sea by foot (even can see little tiny bit from balcony).

  The appartment has fully been renewed. Everything was very clean and modern. There is a dishwasher and a washingmachine. It is a small appartment but has everything needed. Very neat. The location is amazing. There are a lot of restaurants and spanish places nearby to eat. The beach is a 5 minute walk. If you have a car than you can drive 10 minutes to puerto banus. Amazing location.

  Die Räume sind zwar nicht all zu gross aber gut aufgeteilt.
  Die Lage ist Super, man ist sehr schnell am Strand , im Zentrum Marbella oder in der Altstadt.
  Um die Ecke hats auch gleich ein Supermarket.
  Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, TV, Besteck, Teller, Pfannen, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Geschirrspüler ect. alles da und Praktisch
