Encantador estudio en Marbella Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Encantador estudio en Marbella on Calle Leganitos, you immediately get that “I’m in the real Marbella” feeling. This isn’t some sterile resort complex — it’s actually tucked right into the old town’s narrow streets where locals still hang their laundry from wrought-iron balconies. The building itself has that authentic Andalusian charm, white-washed walls and all, though don’t expect a grand lobby or anything fancy. It’s a three-star property that knows exactly what it is, and honestly, that’s part of its appeal.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about this place — the location is absolutely unbeatable, and I mean that. You’re literally in the heart of Marbella’s old town, which means you can stumble out your door and be at Plaza de los Naranjos in about two minutes. The narrow cobblestone streets around Calle Leganitos are lined with tapas bars, small boutiques, and those little corner shops where elderly Spanish women buy their daily bread. You know what’s great? You can walk to the beach in under ten minutes, but you’re also surrounded by the authentic atmosphere that most tourists miss when they stay in the hotel zone.
The Studio Experience
The apartment itself is compact but thoughtfully laid out — this is definitely a studio situation, not a sprawling space. What I appreciated most was how they’ve managed to fit everything you need without it feeling cramped. The kitchenette is small but functional (perfect for making morning coffee or storing those amazing olives you’ll inevitably buy at the market). The room has that Mediterranean simplicity — clean lines, decent lighting, and a window that actually opens to let in the sounds of the old town. Air conditioning works well, which you’ll definitely need during summer months.
Daily Life Here
Mornings are particularly lovely because you wake up to the sounds of the neighborhood coming alive — vendors setting up, locals chatting in the street below. There’s a small grocery store literally around the corner, and the Saturday market is close enough that you’ll hear the vendors calling out their prices. The Wi-Fi is reliable (I worked from here a few days without issues), and the shower has good pressure. One thing to note — the old town can get a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends when people are bar-hopping, but that’s part of the authentic experience.
Why Couples Love It
I can see why this place scores so high with couples — there’s something undeniably romantic about staying in the actual old town rather than some generic hotel district. You’re sharing the same streets where locals live their daily lives, and evening strolls through the maze-like alleys feel genuinely special. The intimate size of the studio creates a cozy atmosphere, and being able to pick up fresh ingredients and cook a simple meal together adds to that “living like locals” experience. Plus, when you want to head out for dinner, you’ve got some of Marbella’s best traditional restaurants within walking distance.
Exploring Marbella layers Moorish ruins, art galleries, and sea-kissed promenades glowing at dusk.

Everything you neededAston from Spain (7/10)
Cute little studio with all the amenities you'll need, loved the balcony. Good value for money with a central location but not in a main street so it's not too noisy. Lovely personal touches, didn't meet the host but she was helpful on whatsapp.
