Genteel Home Ricardo Soriano III Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Genteel Home Ricardo Soriano III, you immediately get that feeling you’ve stumbled onto something special in Marbella. It’s not flashy or trying too hard — just this solid, well-maintained building that feels like it belongs exactly where it is. The entrance has this welcoming, residential vibe that makes you think you’re staying at a friend’s really nice place rather than just another hotel. You know what I mean? There’s something refreshingly authentic about it that sets the tone for your entire stay.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s the thing about staying on Avenida Ricardo Soriano — you’re literally in the pulse of Marbella without the tourist trap feeling. I mean, couples consistently rate this location a 9.5, and honestly, I get it. You can walk to the old town’s charming streets in about ten minutes, hit the beach in roughly the same time, and there are genuine local restaurants and cafes right at your doorstep. The avenue itself is wide and tree-lined, so even though you’re central, it doesn’t feel cramped or overwhelming. Plus, you’ll actually see locals going about their daily business, which gives you that authentic Spanish town experience.
The Accommodations
The room I stayed in felt more like a well-appointed city apartment than a typical hotel space. Everything was thoughtfully arranged — good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets where you actually need them, and storage that makes sense for travelers. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms are modern without being sterile. What I appreciated most was the attention to details that matter — like blackout curtains that actually block light and air conditioning that works quietly. It’s that kind of practical comfort that makes a four-star place feel like home.
The Neighborhood Experience
What makes this spot work so well is how it connects you to real Marbella life. There’s a fantastic local market just a few blocks away where you can grab fresh fruit and Spanish specialties. The nearby streets have that perfect mix of traditional tapas bars and modern cafes — places where you’ll hear as much Spanish as English, which is always a good sign. In the evenings, the area has this lovely energy where locals are out for their evening stroll, and you can easily join that rhythm. It’s close enough to the marina and beach clubs if that’s your scene, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the crowds constantly.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
Look, there are fancier places in Marbella, but this place gets the fundamentals right in a way that actually enhances your trip. The staff genuinely knows the area and can point you toward experiences you wouldn’t find on your own. The combination of that prime location, comfortable accommodations, and authentic neighborhood feel creates something that’s hard to replicate. You’re not paying for unnecessary frills — you’re investing in a base that lets you experience Marbella like someone who actually lives there, which is honestly worth more than any fancy amenities.
Apartments in Marbella suit remote workers with panoramic balconies, co-working lounges, and fiber internet.

The location to all the restaurants and the beach front.
1 minute to supermarket, 2 minutes to one of the best pizza places I have been to Pizza Napoli, lovely restaurant by the beach Da Bruna and our favourite late night snack the Tapas eatery next door Lekune, wonderful.Jelena221 from Netherlands (9/10)
A spacious apartment in a charming building and green neighborhood. Everything I needed for a short stay and some relaxation. Communication with the kind guest service team was easy and prompt. I liked that the living area is very bright and inviting and it has direct access to the (sunny) terrace. A separate kitchen with enough appliances, crockery and there is an outside pantry with a washing machine. The main bedroom is comfortable, has a firm mattress, enough closet space and easy access to the modern bathroom with shower. The location of the apartment is perfect, in a residential area but also with many restaurants and cafes, public transportation, taxis, 10 min walk to old town and a few minutes away from the beach. Very pleasant stay!

The apartment is very cozy and spacious. We loved chilling out on a balcony and in the living room. The location is really great for going to the beach. It's in a walking distance to the old town.
We got into a little problem at the end of the stay and our lovely host helped us to figure it out within 20 mins.Gillian from United Kingdom (8/10)
Great stylish, specious apartment for 2 couples. Well equipped and central to beach, shops and restaurants and very quiet at night .
We would definitely stay again if the issues we encountered were addressed.Marta from Ukraine (9/10)

Awesome holidays!!! Grate host! There was all You need for holidays. Property is close to everything- beach and Old town of Marbella. All bars and cafes are working every day. In the morning You can go down and there are cafes next to property where You can eat breakfast OR if You want to make Your own- can buy everything You need in market right next to property entrance. There is kitchen in apartment with dish waching machine, fridge, stove and all other stuff you might need. Apartment is well decorated and modern. Even If You want to watch TV, You will find anything You want- we choose Netflix. There are 2 seperate bedrooms- one with big double bed, other with 2 beds. But if there comes bigger family sofa bed is comfortable for sleeping too. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. Towels are there too. We bought towels for going to beach because those in apartment are white and they would be damaged if we use them. Loved to sit on balcony in the evening, there is a lot of space. Even if it is raining, balcony is dry. There is air conditioner in both bedrooms and living room. We travelled with kid and concerned about sleeping at night but it wasn't loud there. In the evening we went eating to beach side or Old town. Everything is close by car if You want to have fun with kids or just love to be active during Your holidays, for example- Benalmadena Cable car or Selwo Adventure as same as Selwo Marina. Also Aquamijas (should reserve tickets before). We recimmend to go to Ronda for one full day. Only thing You might think about is parking- we rented a car and parking is right there, next to entrance, as same as market, BUT we had a bus, and the hight of it was around 1,8m. In parking next to this property we couldn't get in. Anyway, we found parking very close, but be ready that it will cost You 30EUR a day or 0,55 cents for a minute.
