You’re about a 10-minute drive from the madness of Puerto Banús, but far enough away that you can actually hear yourself think. The beach access here is fantastic — less crowded than the main Marbella strips, with that same gorgeous Mediterranean coastline. I noticed quite a few couples during my stay, which makes sense given how romantic and quiet the area feels. The parking situation is refreshingly stress-free, which anyone who’s driven around southern Spain in summer will appreciate.

The Space

The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that you don’t get in typical hotel rooms. The kitchen is actually functional — I mean, you could cook a proper meal here if you wanted to, though with Marbella’s restaurant scene, why would you? Everything feels clean and well-maintained, if not exactly cutting-edge in terms of design. The real star, though, is definitely that terrace — it’s where you’ll end up spending most of your time, whether it’s morning coffee or evening drinks.

What Works (And What Doesn’t)

The peace and quiet here is genuinely remarkable for somewhere so close to Marbella’s action. You get proper rest at night, which isn’t always guaranteed in this part of Spain. The space gives you flexibility — you can spread out, cook if you want, or just relax without feeling like you’re living in a hotel room. That said, don’t expect daily housekeeping or concierge services — this is more independent living. The furnishings are comfortable but fairly basic, and some areas could use a refresh.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is how it lets you live like a local rather than just passing through as a tourist. Couples seem to particularly appreciate the privacy and that amazing terrace for romantic evenings.   Wir hatten die Wohnung im Winter für fast 2 Monate gemietet. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allen erforderlichen und hochwertigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die großzügige Sonnenterrasse ist der Hit und wir haben den milden Winter zum größten Teil draußen genossen. Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ist es ruhig und entspannend. Strand, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Busstation und Tankstelle sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
  Ein perfekter Platz, dem Winter zu entgehen und ganz sicherlich eine Option, nochmals diese Wohnung zu buchen.
  Die uns betreuende Mitarbeiterin der Hausverwaltung, Sandra war sehr freundlich, äußerst kompetent und in allen Fällen eine große Hilfe. Nochmals vielen Dank.
