  That the transfer handed us the keys. Rather than having to go and collect.

  Very clean spacious and local to the main areas. Stunning huge balcony with lovely views. Comfiest bed in main bedroom with en-suite. Perfect for couple groups and families everything you need was there. Great kitchen facilities and had everything you needed.

  Spacious but out of the way. Taxis needed. Not aloud to take drinks or sandwiches to the pool. Deposit was taken not traversed off the card payment. Took a while to come back.

  I loved the room in the apartment it was spacious, and the balcony was huge and nice to sit out there. It was modern and clean. The complex seemed nice, and we felt safe. I liked the wine fridge and the fact there was lots of space for clothes.

  Location was great, very close to Puerto Banus. Apartment was good and had good literature from the host on nearby restaurants etc.

  We had to travel to the Agency reception desk instead of being met at the property. We felt that was poor customer service. A bit surprised at this as you would normally expect a "meet and greet" at the Appartment. Likewise, the keys proved an issue on trying to enter through the main front door of the property, as there were several locks to get through and no instructions as to which key fitted which lock. The key to the front entrance gate kept sticking during our 4 day stay.
