The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for a city center hotel — you’re not bumping into furniture every time you turn around. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m talking about that sweet spot between too soft and too firm), and the air conditioning actually works well, which matters more than you’d think during Andalusian summers. What I really appreciated was the attention to soundproofing; despite being on a busy avenue, street noise wasn’t an issue at night. The bathrooms are modern and well-designed, with decent water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The Neighborhood Experience

What makes staying here special is how quickly you become part of the Marbella rhythm. There’s a fantastic local market just a few blocks away where vendors still remember your face after a couple of visits. The beach promenade is close enough for morning jogs, and you’ll find yourself discovering those hidden plazas where locals grab their morning coffee. Evenings are particularly nice — you can wander the old town’s cobblestone streets, then pop back to the hotel when you need a break from the crowds.

  Property had everything in it you would require.
  Lovely layout with a very nice balcony for having a drink in the evening.
  All shops and restaurants within easy nice walks.
  Beach just up the road and a superb restaurant right opposite the property which the balcony looks over.
  Maria the host was easily contacted with any queries.
  The apartment had some supplies left from previous renters which we also did.
  This apartment was just comfortable, clean, all the electrical appliances you need and very quiet in the evenings.
  Beds are just how I like them, firm mattress and nice light quilted top.
  Nice modern showers and comfy sofa.
  Big screen TV but we never used it, too much going on in this lovely town.

  Remember it’s categorized 3/5. So don’t expect more. Location is perfect. Light, clean. New apartment, old house. Three toilets, great! Three good grocery stores quite nearby (the one in the same building was not there anymore). The host was friendly and answered quickly.

  The apartment is located in relatively quiet yet still central part of Marbella. All amenities are very close including some great restaurants almost at the doorstep.
  
  We also appreciated the cleanliness and modern, comfortable interiors. The flat is very spacious too. Being positioned at almost the highest floor is quiet and you dont need to worry about the noise from the street.
  
  Effective airconditioning allowed us to heat the flat very quickly when February weather was a bit cold.
  
  We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend it.
