Location & Neighborhood

You’re literally in the real heart of old town Marbella — not some tourist interpretation of it, but the actual historic center where locals still live and work. The famous Orange Square (Plaza de los Naranjos) is just a two-minute stroll away, and you can easily walk to the beach in about ten minutes. What I love is how you can duck into tiny tapas bars that most tourists never find, or browse the morning market where vendors still call out in rapid-fire Spanish. The narrow streets around the hotel are perfect for evening walks, especially when the golden hour light hits those ancient walls.

The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully designed — no wasted space, everything you need within arm’s reach. The beds are genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the air conditioning actually works well, which matters more than you’d think during Marbella summers. Each room has its own character — some overlook the quiet street below, others face interior courtyards that stay cool even in peak season. The bathrooms are modern and spotless, with good water pressure that’s surprisingly consistent. You won’t find huge suites here, but honestly, you’ll barely be in your room anyway with all of old town calling to you outside.

Mornings at the hotel feel relaxed and unhurried — there’s something about the pace here that just works. The staff genuinely knows the area and can point you toward hidden gems that guidebooks miss entirely. I particularly appreciated how they helped me navigate the local bus system to reach some of the coastal hiking trails. The hotel maintains that perfect balance where you feel looked after without being fussed over. During siesta hours, the whole building settles into this peaceful quiet that’s perfect for recharging before evening adventures.

  Perfect location at the edge of old town and promenade to the beach. Very cosy apartment, well equipped and decorated. Kitchen has all the basics you might need if you feel like cooking. Bedroom is very spacious and light, with plenty of space to hang your clothes, there is very comfortable double bed ( mattress is of good quality. hard, but we like it that way, choice of pillows – soft/memory foam). There are arco units both in the bedroom and living room. Bathroom has spacious walk-in shower/rain shower. WiFi is great, so you can easily do some work.

  Great location in the hear of Old Town, Apartment is spacious, clean, well maintained and has secure access. Host was also very accommodating and lovely, even being happy to wait up for me to check-in well after midnight due to late flights in etc. I will use again.

  In una via tranquilla, molto vicino alla spiaggia. Accoglienza fantastica con check-in anticipato. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con acqua calda e l’host si è subito attivata per risolvere. Molto pulito. Consigliatissimo.

  Remarque sur le coût du stationnement du parking au pied de l'appartement qui a été de 62€ pour un jour et 13h. Peut être que laisser la voiture hors du centre ville et se faire déposer en uber serait une solution plus économique
