  Beautifully furnished apartment with sunny balcony overlooking a fashionable street in the old town next to the Plaza de los Naranjos and 6 minutes walk to the promenade. Newly refurbished with excellent soundproofing. Good communication with host. Highly recommended for quality of accommodation and location.

  Everything about this apartment was wonderful! The location is great in the heart of old town with a balcony to have a glass of wine and people watch. Also just down from Orange Plaza and a short walk to the beach. A Full kitchen and washer which we used numerous times. Big bathroom and cooling AC. Also Silvia was very kind and helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Marbella.

  What a lovely apartment right in the centre of the Old Town with a short stroll to the beach. On arrival we found the apartment absolutely spotless and with nearly everything we could wish for, for our seven night stay. You can find cheaper stays in Marbella however if it’s quality and value for money you want you will not go wrong with Mare. In addition our correspondence with the owner was carried out very methodically and extremely professionally.

  Great location. A couple of minute walk to the beach, lots of bars and restaurants around. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great central stay in marbella. Sylvia is a great host and is very quick to respond with any questions we had during our trip
