  Excellent location, great garden and communal pool , very quiet in the compound . Own secure parking . Apartment was Nicely decorated and had security shutters on all windows . Easy to get into Marbella . Outside the complex is a restaurant and a beach , 5 min walk is a supermarket and another restaurant and beach club.

  Wij vinden het een fantastische plek. Eigen oprit. groot terras, deels overdekt. ruime lichte woonkamer/keuken. ruime slaap- en badkamers
  Vriendelijke host! Tot in de puntjes geregeld en heel goed contact.

  Super nah am Strand , der zur rechten Seite sehr schön ist , obwohl die Abwasser Gullies am Strand alle 300 m auftauchen (typisch für die Region) auch war der Nicki Beach leer in dem Verfall überlassen – nicht so schön
  2 sehr schöne Restaurants mit gutem Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis fussläufig mit tollem Sun Set jeden Abend. Das Appartement ist relativ neu , wir waren zu 2 – für eine Familie ok – nicht für 4 Erwachsene- die eigene Auto Auffahrt ist toll und die große Terrasse ist Mega der schöne Garten ein Paradies und im Oktober waren kaum andere Leute da. Der Pool ist auch klasse und obwohl nicht beheizt sehr warm – die Einweisung erfolgte in spanisch , ging aber trotz beschränkter spanisch Kenntnisse. Die Spülmaschine ging 2x nicht wurde aber gelöst

  El apartamento es precioso. Y la ubicación perfecta !. En la misma playa !!. Todo está muy limpio y muy cuidado.
  El checking muy bien. La anfitriona nos explicó todo lo necesario acerca de servicios , actividades , entretenimiento, tiendas, supermercados…….Todo está muy cerca del apartamento. Lo que estábamos buscando !!

  Apartamento excepcional , todo está nuevo !!!. A 10 metros del mar !!, Increibles vistas al mar y a la playa. Muy cómodo. Puedes entrar directamente con tu coche al apartamento . Lourdes fue encantadora y nos recibió con una cesta de frutas y una botella de vino . Todo un detalle !!.
