  Muy bien situado, al lado de la playa, con buen acceso a la carretera para ir a Puerto Banús y a cualquier sitio. Tiene cerca, se puede ir andando, una zona donde hay pizzerías, burguer, italiano, indio.. Mercadona y Lidel muy cerca en coche. El apartamento es amplio, el colchón y almohadas muy buenas, la terraza con vistas al mar y la piscina, muy tranquilo mucho verde, se escuchan los pajarillos.Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, vajilla, microondas, lavavajillas todo en un Estado muy bueno.
