  the property is located in a very clean, well kept residence. it is clean, spacious, lots of natural light and exactly as described on the photos. the kitchen size is great, with washer/dryer area. the rooms have lots of closets. bathrooms are spacious. property is 2min walk to the beach !

  Location was great. Although….you will need a car so that everything is easily accessible. The beach was 200 m away and not crowded which was a plus! The apartment was well equipped with everything essential including private underground car park, air conditioning, separate washing machine and dryer, dish washer, speedy wifi and an expresso machine! Most importantly, David our host/contact, was always responsive and a great personality!

  Dieses Apartment und die ganze Residenz Genova ist Sensationell. Sehr ruhig mit Pool im Innenhof. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt. Ich könnte hier noch viel mehr positives schreiben aber mit einem Wort ist dort alles perfekt. Sehr lobenswert muss ich unseren Betreuer David erwähnen der mit uns immer in Kontakt war und prompt auf unsere Fragen/Anliegen reagiert hat. Danke David!
