  Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, terassi oli kiva. Uima-altaat oli ihan vieressä. Alue oli aidattu ja vartioitu, auton sai yleensä portin sisäpuolelle mutta ihan aina tilaa ei ollut. Meren rannalle oli lyhyt matka ja kaupat löytyivät läheltä.
