  L’état de l’appartement est catastrophique: la literie est tachée et toute sale, les salles de bains très sales et détériorés, les murs sont tous tachés.
  Le propriétaire a proposé de faire venir l’équipe de ménage mais ça n’a rien changé puisque l’appartement nécessite d’être rénové et que tous les meubles soit changés
