    This apartment was located in what appeared to be a large, residential, full square block of apartments with a large private pool within the inner courtyard (which was not being used as the weather was in the upper 60's to lower 70's during our stay the 2nd week in November). Our large balcony with a table and 2 comfy chairs (there were 2 more folded chairs in the corner that would have fit) opened up on a very large, peaceful inner courtyard. At the one end, amidst the terraced landscaping, there appeared to be 2 private residences with their own pools. The setting was very relaxing and peaceful, and we used the balcony quite often.

    We felt as if we were not in a tourist area, and yet the front of the building opened up onto a main street which was a 10 minute walk to the beaches (with a myriad of restaurants), as well as a 10 minute walk in another direction towards Old Town. The other two directions led to shopping and enormous parks, as well as genuine Spanish residential areas. This location was perfect for us, and the apartment was soundproof!

    The owner (only has just this one apartment, from what we understand) was ever so great, and the apartment itself, a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a bidet and a combined washer/dryer, was more than adequate to meet our needs. The apartment was fully stocked, and we received enough Dolce Gusto coffee pods and sugar/sweeteners to meet our needs for the first 2 days, bottled water, a bowl full of various fruit, and a bag of very yummy Magdalenas! The apartment was also very nicely decorated as well.

    We met the owner to receive our keys, and he made us feel very much welcomed and appreciated! He even helped us bring our heavy baggage in and offered to meet us if we wanted him to, to help us with our luggage at the end of our stay.

    10 day family holiday. Perfect location with old town and new town within easy access (max. 10 min walk), 2 large supermarkets again within 5 mins walk. Bus service 1 min walk. Commual pool always available. Quite location, however, traditional spanish cafes on doorstep. Apt had everything one would need for short term or medium stay. Host available and prompt with replies to queries.

    Another Wonderful Stay
    Back again for another lovely holiday in Marbella. This apartment is just a perfect location for exploring all the sights. And so many lovely bakeries and cafes nearby. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine to greet us. Smooth communication with Raphael who was also very accommodating with our late check out on the last day. Thank you again Raphael

    Stunning apartment, spotlessly clean, 5 minutes’ walk from quaint cafes and bars, and approx. 10 mins from the sea or the charming old town. So lovely and peaceful just to sit in the balcony and have breakfast.
