This spot in Marbella is actually perfect for couples who want that romantic beachfront feel without being stuck in the middle of tourist chaos. You’re close enough to walk to the old town when you want tapas and nightlife, but far enough out that you get some peace and quiet. The promenade right outside is ideal for morning runs or evening strolls — locals use it too, which always feels like a good sign. Plus, having free parking on-site is honestly a game-changer in this area where finding a spot can be a nightmare.

The Studio Setup

The studio itself is smartly designed for two people — everything you need without feeling cramped. The room flows nicely from the sleeping area to a compact living space, and there’s enough storage that you won’t be living out of your suitcase. What really works is how they’ve positioned everything to take advantage of those sea views. You know what I loved? The way the morning light comes in — it’s that soft Mediterranean glow that makes even your terrible vacation hair look decent in photos.

Beachfront Living

Being right on the seafront means you can literally roll out of bed and be on the beach in two minutes. The stretch of sand here isn’t the busiest part of Marbella’s coastline, so you actually get some space to breathe. During the day, you’ll see families and couples, but it never feels overwhelming. The water’s clean, and there are a few beach bars within walking distance when you need a cold drink or some grilled fish. Sunset from this part of the coast is pretty spectacular — the kind that makes you understand why people move to southern Spain.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s the combination of being right on the water, having your own space, and not paying resort prices for the privilege. Couples especially seem to get it — there’s something romantic about having your own little beachfront studio where you can make coffee in the morning and watch the sea. The free parking seals the deal, especially if you’re planning day trips to places like Ronda or Gibraltar. It’s one of those places where the location does most of the work, and everything else just supports that perfectly.

  For us, the apartment was the perfect location. Close to the pool and the beach, with local amenities a short walk away. Within a five minute walk there are a couple of restaurant's, a cafe, ice cream shop, a small shop that sells, amongst other things, cold drinks and bottled water, an amazing off licence, a pharmacy and there is a cash machine there too. You need to walk another, 5 minutes, over the walk bridge where there are an abundance of fantastic restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket. Walk behind the supermarket and you will find even more hidden gems.
  Everything you need is in Elviria, and you could choose NOT to leave the area if needed.
  If you do want to travel and visit other areas, there are plenty of taxis around with a great UBER and BOLT service too. Between taxis and using the local transport, we were able to visit Marbella, Porta Buenus, Cabobino, La Cala, Cancelada, easily.
  Or, if staying in Elviria, just go for a wee stroll along the beach and there is a huge choice of beach bars:)
  As far as the apartment goes, it exceeded our expectations. Sebastion, the host, was very responsive throughout. Furnishings/kitchen/bathroom/appliances are all of the highest of standards. (Worth noting if you intend eating in, although advertised as a microwave, it is infact a microwave/conventional oven and grill.)
  For a studio it is extremely spacious, and the balcony, well, one of the best we have had with amazing views.

  Die Lage ist hervorragend – die Ausstattung ist auf den neuesten Stand – beeindruckend!
  Versorgungzentrum ist zu fuß innerhalb 10 min. erreichbar wie auch angenehme Begegnung mit Sebastian – Schlüssel Übergabe. Absolut zu empfehlen! Von der Terrasse traumhafte Blick auf das Mittelmeer – beeindruckend !!!
