I mean, when a place gets a 9.8 location score, you expect something good, but this really delivers. You’re literally in the heart of Marbella — I could walk to the old town in about five minutes, and the beach is practically at your doorstep. The famous Orange Square is just around the corner, which means you’ve got all those great tapas bars and that buzzing nightlife scene right there. What I loved most was being able to stroll back from dinner without worrying about taxis or long walks. Plus, having private parking in this area? That’s honestly a game-changer because finding a spot in central Marbella can be a nightmare.

The Apartment Experience

These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — each apartment feels like someone’s well-designed home. Mine had a proper kitchen with everything I needed, which was perfect for those mornings when I just wanted coffee and toast without the whole breakfast production. The sea views (yes, they actually exist despite the name) were visible from my balcony, though you do have to crane your neck a bit. The room itself was spacious enough that I didn’t feel like I was living out of a suitcase, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — crucial during those hot Andalusian summers.

Practical Comforts

What struck me most was how well thought-out everything was for actual living, not just overnight stays. The WiFi was solid throughout (I worked from there a couple of days), and the kitchenette had proper dishes and cookware — not the plastic stuff you sometimes get. Housekeeping came by regularly but wasn’t intrusive, and they were flexible about timing. The building stays pretty quiet even though you’re in the center of town, which I appreciated after some late nights exploring Marbella’s bar scene.

Why Couples Keep Coming Back

I can totally see why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something romantic about having your own little Spanish hideaway right in the action. You can cook breakfast together, then step out for beach walks or old town exploring, all without the formality of a big hotel. The balconies are perfect for evening drinks, and being able to come and go as you please gives you that authentic Marbella living experience. It’s the kind of place where you feel like a temporary local rather than just another tourist passing through.

  The apartments were perfect & well equipped we had both the 2 bedrooms penthouse and the 5 beds 1 room apartment. Both were great value for money and kept in good condition. Penthouse slightly more modern decor & the other smaller one had much nicer views and balconies.
  Old town was a short 10 minutes walk and Puerto banus was a 12euro taxi ride.
  
  The complex was perfect for our group of 11. Right in the middle of bars clubs restaurants and directly opposite the beachfront meant that everything was immediately accessible

  This place looks better than the pictures…the views from the rooms and balconies are breathtaking….the sound and sight of sea from the apartment are very soothing…the apartment has a direct access to the walk way and beach…The rooms were clean with ample towels , sheets and toiletries…Rafa was very responsive to our queries…
  We had a great time and have already recommended this place to our friends 🙂
