  Beautifully-presented spacious single storey villa with fabulous sparkling clean pool, BBQ and outside seating and lounging. 6 minutes stroll to Real de Zaragoza beach wide clean and uncrowded, perfect for jogging, swimming or spending the day. You can get sun loungers at renown Luuma beach and other restaurants. Walking distance to supermarket. This villa is lovingly renovated and the layout ideal inside and out for a group or family to have their own spaces. The kitchen is superbly equipped with every imaginable appliance and lots of supplies also in bathrooms. We appreciated the welcome basket, bubbly and warm personal welcome from the host. Street parking is reserved immediately outside the villa. Quiet neighborhood.

  Our check-in process was incredibly quick and hassle-free, which was such a relief after a long journey. We were traveling with our dog, and to our delight, there was a cozy dog bed and some pet food waiting for us! It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcome.
  Parking was really easy. It’s also super close to the beach! Visited in the winter, but it would definitely be a great stay in the summer, if you’re looking for an accommodation with a nice pool! 🙂

  An absolutely lovely property. Location was perfect. 5 mins walk from beach and beach restaurants / bars. Supermarkets very close. 1 within walking distance, others within a 5 minute drive.
  Pool and outdoor facilities were lovely. Very quiet neighbourhood and no noise at nightime. Perfect!
