  Location is perfect and within 5 minutes by car from all restaurants and Carrefour market. Marcelo handled all my queries and was very prompt and helpful. He fixed the shutter and brought a hair dryer, when I couldn't find any in the apartment.
  The apartment is very clean and has all the appliances that one would need.

  One of the best natural park locations in Marbella, with substantial seaside dunes, miles of lovely walking areas, easy access on highway, nearby supermarkets and other shops and services 3-5min drive, many roadside restaurants, nearby fabulous Santa Maria Golf Course 5-10 min, nearby acrobranch tree climbing course 5-10 min, water park 15-20 min drive, walk to Nikki Beach Club 10 min and Don Carlos Club 10min and many other beachside shabby chic restaurants. Drive to Marbella beachside strip from Marbella to Puerto Banos is about 10-15 minutes. Parking is free on street.
  
  The Unit is in excellent condition, and with nice styling, modern touches, huge flatscreen TV, great lighting, lovely terrace with auto-shade canopy, small river runs to lagoon, small charcoal barbeque, washer/dryer. Quiet location far from highway. Building complex is near beach and has two pools in the ampitheathre-like, terraced setting, very nicely designed.
  
  Easy walk to beach. Place is gated, so ask for at least 2 keys.

  Ubicación perfecta, sobretodo para un plan familiar. Me ha sorprendido lo bien de cosas que se habían dejado en el piso: no le faltaba básicamente nada, esto es un gran valor añadido sobre todo para los que viajan en avión y con un equipaje pequeño. También tiene garaje.
